To understand where we are, we must first understand how we got here...

Deep research has unearthed key events, which have both created and hidden the truth of the myth that is Canada.

Event: From the 1700s into the next century, England and France were tense partners representing both Upper and Lower Canada.

General Wolfe's death in the final battle on the Plains of Abraham in 1759, secured victory for England, the prize ultimately known as, 'Canada'.

The Treaty of Paris joined the formerly British controlled Upper Canada with France's Lower Canada into the French legal entity - a Corporation Sole, the 'Province of Quebec'.

The amalgamation process from 1759 through 1763 seated the first British Governor General within that Corporation Sole, which in 1787 amalgamated all of 'Canada' enabling Britain to seat a Governor General to rule over the their Colonies known then as: the 'Province of Canada' and New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

For 80 years between 1787 and 1867, the British placed many Governors General into the Corporation Sole. Issuing Letters Patent, the British Monarchy thereby proclaimed that Governor Generals held the 'power' to create and control the government of Canada, as a British Colony.

Event: Delegates from Canada had no part in drafting the British North America Act, March 29, 1867, and no certified copy of this act was brought to Canada.

The Act was drafted by Lord Thring, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury.

It is not a Constitution for it constitutes nothing.

It simply emphasizes the power of the Governor-General to appoint and remove a Privy Council to 'aid and advise' him and to state that the Governor-General has the power to pass an 'order-in-council' by himself individually as the case requires. ( An 'order-in-council' is equal to an Act of Parliament.)

One score and two years later the Interpretations Act, 1889, was passed, stating that Canada is a Colony.

This gives the lie to the story of Confederation and brands it as a reductio ad absurdum. Another recent absurdity is that a House and Senate of British Subjects debating the adoption of a Flag and Anthem.

You say you have never heard of this before!

You are not alone in this.

Since 1931, Canadian citizens are not subject to laws enacted by the British Government and are not recognized by Great Britain as British subjects.

To sum up: Canada lost everything gained politically in the previous hundred years and reverted back to the Constitution granted in 1763 to Governor James Murray by the Board of Trade (Sessional Papers 18). Lord Monck came back to Canada as a 'Corporation Sole' and his first act upon opening Parliament was to announce that John A. Macdonald had been granted a title of 'Sir'.

John A MacDonald did very well for himself; he obtained a titled Lady as a bride, an annual stipend as a member of the Imperial Privy Council, and was now the Right Honourable Sir John A. Macdonald.

Event: The year, 1867. With the Quebec Resolutions removed, the British Parliament were free to create "Letters Patent" known as the BNA Act.

With this, rather than allowing Canada to Confederate, England would retain enough control to create the government in Canada.

The 'Dominion of Canada' meant the British crown would retain their prize, the Governor General was then able to re-seat in the Corporation Sole known as Canada.

John A. MacDonald, knighted as Sir John A., was ultimately a traitor to the people he represented in Canada. Joining the British mainland colonies, he created the Dominion - Canada East, now Quebec; Canada West, now Ontario; along with New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

Event: The year, 1868. Through their Royal Charter established in 1670, the privately held Hudson's Bay Company employed land usage west of Quebec and Ontario, then known as Rupert's Land.

In 1868, British Parliament created the 'Rupert's Land Act' to allow the Hudson's Bay Company to sell use-of-land back to the monarch, Queen Victoria. The following year, Hudson's Bay Company finalized the transaction by signing the "Deed of Surrender". In 1871 Queen Victoria transferred those lands to the 'Dominion of Canada', operated by the Corporation Sole called Canada, to be ruled by the Governor General to settle the land and create the western provinces.

Event: The year, 1901. With Queen Victoria's death, the repeal of Section 2 of the BNA Act came into force, deliberately leaving the Dominion of Canada without a Monarch. To this day the BNA Act repeal of Section 2 has never been re-enacted.

Event: The year, 1931. British Parliament passed the 'Statute of Westminster' allowing various Dominions or British Empire colonies to act independently. This would allow the said colonies to Confederate or create their own Constitutions.

Australia, New Zealand, South Africa did - Canada did not.

This effectively means that with no one legally and lawfully guiding her, Canada is adrift at sea.

Why did Canada not confederate?

What does it really mean for us as "Canadians" today?

Follow the money... to learn how certain forces active even today, were determined not to surrender their cherished positions of power. Continuing by way of deception, these forces kept alive the illusion of 'Canadian Confederation' and 'Sovereignty'. This deliberate illusion continued throughout various iterations of the BNA Act, later called the "Constitution Acts" of 1940, 43, 49, 60, 65, 74, 75 and finally, 1982.

Event: The year, 1947. On behalf of King George, Prime Minister Mackenzie King signed new "Letters Patent", 'creating' the means for the Government of Canada to seat the next Governor General into the vacated seat of the 'Corporation Sole' called Canada.

This Corporation Sole as legal construct of a foreign government, has been in place since its creation, and is 'Canada'. Not you, the people of Canada. The Governor General sits in Ottawa as Lieutenant Governors sit in each of the provinces - to report not to you the people, but to the "Queen in Right of Canada".

This should clear up any wonder over why at the inauguration ceremony of 2015, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and all elected members swore allegiance - hand-upon-Bible - to the Queen of England and not to the People of Canada. You may now have realized why.

But wait, how does this work... according to the Statutes Law Revisions Act of 1893, Section 2 of the BNA Act was repealed, so what Queen?

It's time to discover the far-reaching impact against all of us!

Event: The year, 1982. To prevent people from discovering the illusion, Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau and his Cabinet created the 'Canada Act', delivering directly to the self-styled 'Monarch of Canada', Britain's Queen Elizabeth, for her delivery of it to the British Parliament to thereby pass it as the "Constitution Act", 1982.

Trudeau would "patriate" the 'Charter of Rights and Freedoms' along with the now defunct BNA Act, to Canada - thereby relinquishing jurisdiction over Canada to a foreign power, the British Monarch and the British Parliament.

Upon returning, Trudeau convinced all provinces to ratify the deception of the new 'Constitution'. Except Quebec.

The outcome of this adventure saw Trudeau retiring from politics, leaving his mess behind to be sorted out by future politicians.

To ensure the deception was laid to rest, the "Government of Canada" knew they needed to amend 'The Constitution Act, 1982' without provincial interference. There was the Meech Lake Accord of 1987, followed five years later by the Charlottetown Accord. These accords failed and the "Government of Canada" did not get what it wanted: amending the "Constitution Act" without asking permission from the provinces.

As both Accords failed to become ratified, the federal authority in 1995 let sleeping dogs lie, pretending everything was as it should be. After all, the people of Canada had yet to figure it out.

Event: The year, 2017. The documentary film, The Myth is Canada has figured out what happened, and figured out HOW to fix it.

Today, Canada is not a lawfully established Country. Let's do the Canadian thing and make it lawful. Let's create a nation, let's walk the talk - something our political leaders have always failed to do.

In 1884, the "Great White Chief" in Washington made an
offer for a large area of Indian land and promised a
"Reservation' for the Indian people. Chief Seattle's
reply has been described as
the most beautiful and profound statement on the
environment ever made.

How can you buy or sell the sky, the warmth of the Land? The idea is strange to us. If we do not own the freshness of the air and the sparks of the water, how can you buy them? Every part of this Earth is sacred to my people. Every shining pine needle, every sandy shore, every mist in the dark woods, every clearing, and humming insect is holy in the memory and experience of my people. The sap which courses throughout the trees carries the memory of the red man. The white man's dead forget the country of their birth when they go to walk among the stars. Our dead never forget this beautiful Earth, for it is the mother of the red man. We are part of the Earth and it is part of us. The perfumed flowers are our sisters; the deer, the horse, the great eagle, these are our brothers. The rocky crests, the juices in the meadows, the body heat on the pony, and man - all belong to the same Family.

So when the Great Chief in Washington sends word that he wishes to buy our land, he asks much of us. The Great Chief sends word he will reserve us a place so that we can live comfortably to ourselves. He will be our father and we will be his children. So we will consider your offer to buy our land. But it will not be easy. For this land is sacred to us. This shining water that moves in the streams and rivers is not just water but the blood of our ancestors. If we sell you land, you must remember that it is sacred, and you must teach your children that is sacred and that each ghostly reflection in the clear water of the lakes tells of events and memories in the life of my people. The water's murmur is the voice of my father's father.

The rivers are our brothers, they quench our thirst. The rivers carry our canoes, and feed our children. If we sell you our land you must remember, and teach your children, that the rivers are our brothers, and yours, and you must henceforth give the rivers the kindness you would give any brother. We know that the white man does not understand our ways. One portion of land is the same to him as the next, for he is a stranger who comes in the night and takes from the land whatever he needs. The earth is not his brother, but his enemy, and when he has conquered it, he moves on. He leaves his father's graves behind, and he does not care. He kidnaps the Earth from his children and he does not care. His father's grave, and his children's birthright, are forgotten. He treats his mother, the Earth, and his brother, the sky, as things to be bought, plundered, sold like sheep or bright beads. His appetite will devour the Earth and live behind only a desert. I do not know. Our ways are different from your ways.

The sight of your cities pains the eyes of the red man. But perhaps it is because the red man is a savage and does not understand. There is no quiet place in the white man's cities. No place to hear the unfurling of leaves in spring, the rustle of an insect's wings. But perhaps it is because I am a savage and do not understand. The clatter only seems to insult the eyes. And what is there to life if a man cannot hear the lonely cry of the whippoorwill or the arguments of the frogs around a pool at night?. I am a red man and do not understand. The Indian prefers the soft sound of the wind darting over the face of a pond, and the smell of the wind itself, cleaned by a midday rain, or scented with the pinon pine. The air is precious to the red man, for all things share the same breath - the beast, the tree, the man, they all share the same breath. The white man does not seem to notice the air he breathes. Like a man dying for many days, he is numb to the stench. But if we sell you our land, you must remember that the air is precious to us, that the air shares its spirit with all the Life it supports. The wind that gave our grandfather his first breath also receives his last sigh. And if we sell you our land, you must keep it apart and sacred, as a place where even the white man can go to taste the wind that is sweetened by the meadow's flowers.

So we will consider your offer to buy our land. If we decided to accept, I will make one condition: the white man must treat the beast of this land as his brothers. I am a savage and do not understand any other way. I have seen a thousand rotting buffaloes on the prairie, left by the white man who shot them from a passing train. I am savage and do not understand how the smoking iron horse can be more important than the buffalo that we kill only to stay alive. What is man without the beasts? If all the beasts were gone, man would die from a great loneliness of spirit. For whatever happens to the beasts, soon happens to man. All things are connected.

You must teach your children that the ground beneath their feet is the ashes of your grandfathers. So that they will respect the land, tell your children that the Earth is rich with the lives of our kin. Teach your children what we have taught our children, that the Earth is our mother. Whatever befalls the Earth befalls the sons of the Earth. If men spit upon the ground, they spit upon themselves. This we know. All things are connected. Whatever befalls the Earth befalls the sons of the Earth. Man did not weave the web of life: he is merely a stand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself. Even the white man, whose God walks and talks with him as friend to friend, cannot be exempt from the common destiny. We may be brothers after all. We shall see.

One thing we know, which the white man may one day discover - our God is the same God. You may think now that you own Him as you wish to own our land; but you cannot. He is the God of man, and his compassion is equal for the red man and the white. This Earth is precious to Him, and to harm the Earth is to heap contempt on its Creator. The whites too shall pass; perhaps sooner than all the other tribes. Contaminate your bed, and you will one night suffocate in your own waste. But in your perishing, you will shine brightly, fired by the strength of the God who brought you this land and for some special purpose gave you dominion over this land and over the red man. That destiny is a mystery for us, for we do not understand when the buffalo are all slaughtered, the wild horses are tamed, the secret corners of forest heavy with scent of many men, and the view of the ripe hills blotted by talking wires. Where is the thicket? Gone. Where is the eagle? Gone. The end of living and the beginning of survival.

:) The legend of the Eagle and the Condor goes back a very long time in the Andes and in many other parts of the world. In the Andes it is expressed as coming at this time of the new Pachacuti. A Pachacuti is an interval of roughly 500 years. It was known for a long, long time before it happened, that the fourth Pachacuti, which began about the 1490's, would be a time of turmoil, of struggle, of conflict. In addition, at the fifth Pachacuti, which began in the late 1990's, it would be a time of coming together, of partnership, of union, and particularly a time when the Eagle of the North will fly with the Condor of the South. It is known that there has been unbalance and tremendous conflict throughout the Americas to all the indigenous peoples during the past 500 years. The Eagle Power, the Eagle Spirit which is very mental, and very materialistic has really outweighed and dominated the Condor Spirit which is very spiritual and very much from the heart. Now it is time for the two to come together and fly in the same skies as equals so that energy can be balanced out. You can also look at it as the balancing of the male and the female or the yin and the yang. All this was predicted in many other cultures throughout the world. The Mayan people in Central America have very, very similar prophecies and timing. The Dalai Lama said they too have a prediction that there is a new period upon us, and that the 14th, current, Dalai Lama, will be the last from the Himalayas. The next will probably be from the Americas and the best bet, according to them, is that he or she will be from the Andes. A few years ago, the Dalai Lama was in the Andes and he and other Lamas did a ceremony to transfer from the Himalayas to the Andes, the responsibility for taking care of compassion amongst human beings. So this idea of the new Pachacuti, of a new era, the new age if you will, and of the coming together of the Condor and the Eagle, of them dancing together and soaring together, is a very old one and it's shared in one way or another by many cultures all around the world.

On the last day of Anarchapulco

There is a prophecy of a great change, "PACHACUTI" (I follow Coran, and make quipus on Camino Inca)
in which the world would be turned right-side-up,
harmony and order would be restored,
...chaos and disorder ended.

"mastay" it is a time of the Great Gathering
...reintegration of the peoples
of the four directions.

The prophecy holds that North America will supply the physical strength, or body;
Europe will supply the mental aspect, or head; and
the heart will be supplied by South America.
I find this interesting
on a global perspective.

The prophecies are optimistic.
They refer to the end of time
as we know it
...the death of a way of thinking and
a way of being,
the end of a way of relating to nature and to the earth.

In the coming years, the Incas expect us to emerge into a Golden Age, a golden millennium of peace ...so do I, and others.
The prophecies speak of redefining everything

Perhaps it is the time to reflect on the future generations, pollution, and our impact on the earth that we are honouring. Much of Camino Inca is about that indeed.

The openness and respect that Canadians show one another distinguish Canada internationally is no more.
It is important to continue to work on all fronts to strengthen Canada. A strong Canada, which is meeting the needs of Canadians, and with which all our people can identify, and it applies to the rest of the world.

Honour it is indeed to learn from our Elders and to carry on the traditions. I would like to share with you the way of thinking of the ancient Aymara people, on human relations and the harmony of it with global reality as told by H.E. Rene Soria Galvarro Ambassador of Bolivia my dear professor and mentor on the Camino Inca, ...in its time;

In the Aymara tradition a human being, a country, a society and all the international community must achieve harmony in seven fundamental areas:

1.For the Aymaras the first harmony is the one that goes from the head up. This is the harmony that we should keep with our beliefs, with our principles, with God.
2.The second harmony goes from the feet down. This is the harmony that we should keep with nature, with earth, with the environment.
3.The third harmony goes from our body to the right. This is the harmony that we should have with our family, with the people that are closest to us.
4.The fourth harmony goes to the left and is the harmony that we should have with our neighbours, with our friends and colleagues, the people who without being close to us, surround us.
5.The fifth harmony, to which I ask you to pay close attention to, is the one that goes from our bodies forward. For the Aymara people this harmony is with the past. They believe that what human beings have ahead of them is the past, not the future, because what people can see is ahead of them, and so the past is the only thing that we can see.
6.The sixth harmony, is the one that goes from our bodies to the back. It is the harmony with our future, because we can't see the future, but we can sense it, we feel it as a responsibility on our shoulders.
7.And the seventh and final harmony is the one that involves our interior, our inner harmony.

If we achieve harmony in the seven areas, we will have a harmonic body, a harmonic country, a harmonic world, without the terrible genocides that keep on occurring, without poverty, corruption, drug trafficking, injustice, intolerance and the abuse in everything..if u know what i mean. We have a far way to go, and we have to keep improving, indeed.

I hope that in this Tambo I have raised some worthwhile Questions
about the philosoPhical, moral, psychoLogical, and most of all
cultural framework.
I am not suggesting any cultural judgments, and, it should be kept in mind.
Moreover, I have attempted to present a tentative critique from practical
student's perspective process based on the "Linguistica andina"
FOLkloR
as a example.

Competition for resources typically lies at the heArt of ethnic conflict.
Property rights, jobs, scholarships, educational admissions, language
rights, government contracts, and development allocations all confer
benefits on individuals and groups. All such resources are scarce and,
thus, objects of competition and occasionally struggle between
individuals and, when organized, groups. In societies where ethnicity
is an important basis for identity, group competition ofthen forms along
ethnic lines. Politics matter because the state controls access to
scarce resources. Individuals and groups that possess political power
can ofthen gain privileged access to these goods, and thus increase their
welfare. Because the state sets the therms of competition between groups,
it becomes an object of group struggle. Accordingly process of
globalization and increasing political and cultural interaction
requires universities to develop an international approach to
their teaching, research and community service. For Canada to operate
successfully in this global context, it needs citizens educated
to the international reality. Lakehead University is the best example,
and there are others, of our failure in recognition and consecutively
accreditation and global partnership. Both the federal and the provincial governments also have much to learn indeed

The "education in a global context" from outside perspective which in my personal case is project Camino Inca "the nomadic Research" it is a test of "how it works and why does not"

The meaning of the word university has taken on various meanings over
the years. The medieval concept of universitas implies a space open to all.
It is with this vision in mind I have aim to constitude a space in which
the synthesis between theory and praxis can be achived, and in which
knowledge, science and technical skills can be persued in the quest to
promote the development of the individuals as a whole.
Knowledge is passed through teaching; build - through research;
and is essentially alive as a clear manifestation of the infinite
wisdom of God. Individuals and groups that possess political power
can ofthen gain privileged access to these goods, and thus increase their
welfare. Because the state sets the therms of competition between groups
I wait for a diplomatic decision in hope that we can recogniZe "folKlor Linguistics and so on" of people and cultures in a Global Society. My education depends of that decision.

..."integrating those with most difficult global access in Latin America". I sincerely hope that Canada will respect this honour, OFICIO 451-97-VRACD-UNA, and help communities in the developing world find solutions through research AND GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP. "proposal" is to facilitate understanding of global requirements and consecutively adaptation in the world characterized by opportunities of global proportions and to act effectively in solidarity with promotion of the integral development of human individuals and of society as a whole, by means of generation and sharing of knowledge. Government of Canada am I clear? :)

Quipu (also spelled khipu) are recording devices fashioned from strings historically used by a number of cultures in the region of Andean South America. Knotted strings were used by many other cultures such as the ancient Chinese and native Hawaiians, but such practices should not be confused with the quipu, which refers only to the Andean device.

@work

Peru is home to a multitude of languages. Few nations on Earth speak as many native languages as Peru does. And that fact is possibly the most intimate and lest-known side of the vast cultural diversity that Peru has bequeathed Mankind. In the eyes of many, Peru is a nation where all its inhabitants speak Spanish, with the exception, of course, of its indigenous people, who are usually bunched together in a homogenous mass. But actually, Peru is split up into many smaller nations who communicate with each other in dozens of languages that are entirely different from Spanish. The two main language groups are Quechua and Aymara, which are basically spoken in the Andes as well as in scattered areas along the coast and jungle in the form of a range of languages and dialects. Amazon languages, meanwhile, split up into an astonishing variety of language groups that are unintelligible amongst each other. Even today, there are at least 15 language groups that group together 38 different languages all under 1 quipu code which goes up to Algonquins in Canada and Cree

I welcome you to this Virtual Adventure with the aspiration that you may learn as much about these Nations as I did and on the way be an integral part of the solutions.

El tucuiricuc
Chasqui Malko
